Hello CMSA Families,

We will be holding our Annual General Meeting on Mon. Nov. 20th at 7:00pm, and will be held at Shannon Hall (Cloverdale Fairgrounds).  We will share a recap of the 2023 season and review the budget and we encourage all of you to attend, there will be time for questions and suggestions to be heard.  This is also an opportunity for you to step up and volunteer for the association as we’re always looking for people that want to help out … maybe you’re able to commit to a small job for say a weekend or you’d like take on bigger role and be more involved throughout the year, we’ve got something for everyone so let me know where your interest lies and we’ll see what works.

As a thank you for attending the AGM, we’ll be giving away 5 free registrations for the 2024 season, but you must be present for the whole meeting to qualify … typically they are only about an hour, so we won’t take up your whole evening.
