2026 Season Registration now open!

Welcome to Cloverdale Minor Softball!

We are planning for an exciting 2026 and look forward to having your children be a part of it!

New this year, Softball BC will be collecting their annual player fee directly at the time of registration by credit card and we have adjusted our fees accordingly to account for this. 

We will accept payment for association fees by e-transfer to registrar@cloverdalesoftball.com, please indicate your player's name in the memo field.  If you have more than one player being registered, you can make one payment for the total owing and list multiple names.  Please contact me if you would prefer to pay by cash or cheque.

For Fury players, please do not send payment directly, your team will collect the association fees from you and make a single payment to the association.  

For our U11 players trying out for U11R Selects, go ahead and register as U11C but please hold on making payment until the team is selected and you know where your daughter will be playing for the season.  I will move the players that make the team to the U11R category after tryouts.  Like our other Fury teams, the fee will be collected directly by your team and a single payment will be made to the association.

All payments are due by March 27, 2026.  If you need a payment plan, please let Sue Dawkins (CMSA Registrar) know asap.  She can be reached at registrar@cloverdalesoftball.com

Volunteer time: Each family is required to do 4 hours of volunteer time, regardless of how many children you have playing.  Within a week of you registering you will receive an email from Sign Up Genius with volunteer opportunities for the season so you can sign up for a date that works for you.  Please note, you will get these emails regularly, even if you're already signed up as it uses a master distribution list.  Included in the total with your registration fee is a $100 deposit which will be refunded to you at the end of the season if you complete your time.  If you have multiple children playing, please have the same person register each of them so you are only charged the volunteer deposit once.

Examples of volunteer opportunities include concession, 50/50 and info table for tournaments, etc.  Coaches and managers are not required to do any additional volunteer time, being a team official counts as their time.
