Hello CMSA Families!
Registration for the 2025 season is now open. We are planning for an exciting season ahead and look forward to having your children be a part of it!
New this year, we will be collecting a $100 volunteer deposit with your registration fee so the dollar amount showing when you register is only the cost to play for the season. When you send your e-transfer or drop off cash/cheque, please add $100. We will keep a record of the volunteer deposits and if you do your 4 hours, we will mark you complete and transfer the deposit to next season so as long as you do your volunteer time each year, this is a one-time payment. If you don't do your volunteer time, you will be asked to pay the deposit again the next year. If your child is no longer playing in our association, you can request a refund of your volunteer deposit.
Here is the link to register for the 2025 season through Ramp: http://CloverdaleMinorSB.rampregistrations.com
Payments will be accepted through e-transfer and should be sent to registrar@cloverdalesoftball.com. If you like to pay by cash or cheque option, please email Sue Dawkins at registrar@cloverdalesoftball.com to make arrangements.

*** U11’s – for those of you trying out for Super Mites, please register in U11C for now and hold off on payment until the team is selected. If you make the team, we will update your registration to U11R and your fee will be collected by the team and paid as a group like our other rep teams. Fee for U11R including the volunteer deposit will be $375.
*** U11’s – there will be two evaluation sessions at the end March/early April, depending on the season schedule, to classify player skill levels and this information will be used to build balanced teams.
All payments are due before the season starts at the beginning of April.
Each family is required to do 4 hours of volunteer time, regardless of how many children you have playing, it is just 4 hours. Within a week of you registering you will receive an email from Sign Up Genius with volunteer opportunities for the season listed so you can sign up for a date that works for you. Please note, you will get these emails regularly, even if you're already signed up as it uses a master distribution list. Examples of volunteer opportunities include concession, field duty for tournaments, etc. Coaches and managers are not required to do any additional volunteer time, being a team official counts as their time.
We are always looking for coaches! There is a question regarding this as part of your registration so please indicate if you are interested. We already know we will need coaches in all age groups so please give this serious consideration, the kids can’t play without you and we don’t want to turn anyone away. Even if you can’t commit 100% but are available part time we can pair you with someone else to ensure the team is always looked after.
If you have any questions, please contact Sue Dawkins (CMSA Registrar) at registrar@cloverdalesoftball.com. And if you have any friends or family wanting to play softball please feel free to pass this information along to them.
Thanks
Your CMSA Exec. team
