Our AGM (Annual General Meeting) is coming up on Wednesday, November 2 at 7:00pm and will be held at the Alice McKay building on the Cloverdale Fairgrounds. We encourage all our members to attend to hear a recap of the 2022 season and what we have planned for 2023.

We will also be electing our executive board, most of our existing members are willing to stay on but we are looking for someone to step up for the following position:

House Director – this role entails providing communication and support to our house coaches
