Hello CMSA Families,

Our Annual General Meeting is coming up on Thursday, October 28 at 7:00pm and will be held via Zoom. We encourage all of you to attend to hear a recap of the 2021 season and what we have planned for 2022. We will also be electing our executive board and are looking for people to step up for the following positions:

Volunteer Coordinator – this role entails the setup of the volunteer sign up and the reconciliation that all families have completed their time.

Member at Large – this role takes on special projects as needed

House Director – this role entails providing communication and support to our house coaches

Treasurer – this role takes care of the day to day bookkeeping, banking, financial statements and government compliance with the society act and gaming grant application/reporting

*** A note here, the current treasurer will stay on for the upcoming year but is looking for someone to transition to for the following year.

As an incentive to attend the meeting, we will be offering 5 free 2022 registrations that will be done as a draw based on all the people logged into the Zoom call that are present for the full meeting.

Details for the Zoom call will be sent out a day or so before the meeting.
