Fury 07A wins Gold at U15A Provincials to repeat as Provincial Champions!!

The team captured their 2nd consecutive Provincial Championship at Cloverdale Athletic Park this past weekend!! After dropping their first game in round robin play, the team never looked back winning their next 7 games, including a walk off hit to win the gold in the finals.

Coach Bill: "The weekend was a great team effort. It didn't start the way they wanted, but a regroup with team had them rolling from that point forward.

Playing with determination to repeat, they played some fantastic ball. The last 2 games showed their character by coming back late in the games to win.

Looking forward to seeing the team compete at Nationals in Saskatoon early next month"

Congrats to the players and coaches on a very competitively played Provincials weekend, earning the Gold medal to be back to back Provincial Champions, and the opportunity to compete at the U15A Canadian Championships next month in Saskatoon!!
