UPDATED CASA FORMS DUE!!

CASA forms have been partially completed for all CMSA teams.

Learn to Play and TBall coaches can pick their forms up at the concession from Monday, April 27th on.

Mite to Midget coaches can get their forms from the batting cage from April 27th on.

Missing information has been highlighted for teams to complete.

Please return all CASA forms to the concession by May 8th.

We'll post all information for our coaches here, so check back regularly.

Fill out a Cheque Request form and give it to the Treasurer, or leave it at the concession.
